Toy Tree House Project
Nov 06
For a few weeks, my daughter and I have talked about making a tree house for some of her toys. This weekend we decided to go for it.
- Sketching the Plans
- Cutting out the Pieces
- Sanding and Rounding Edges
- Finished Pieces
- Dowels for added stability
- Ground Level Complete
- Breakfast Break
- Second Level
- Gluing and Clamping
- Waiting for the Glue to Cure
- Finished Project
- With Toy Animals
Total material cost was about $20.
This was a fun project, and I anticipate building additional elements over the next few months.

That is really neat. Seems like something Ben would do! I didn’t realize you were so handy
.
I love you and am so happy our kiddos have such a creative and loving Daddy!
The tree house is AWESOME! I showed it to my little boy and he wants one. What kind of wood did you use?
Thanks, Tyra!
I used MDF since it’s inexpensive and doesn’t splinter and chip.
